Pastor Knapp

A native of southern Vermont, Pastor Alan Knapp (Rick Knapp) has been teaching the Bible to a faithful congregation in Western Pennsylvania since 1979.

While attending the University of Vermont, where he graduated with a major in English and a minor in Religion, Rick had a life-altering experience of the reality of Jesus Christ which set a determining path toward his life-long study of the Scriptures in their original languages.

After attending Bible School in New England (1976-1978) Rick came to Pittsburgh where he has been the ordained pastor of Tetelestai Church for 34 years. He teaches three times a week at the New Kensington church location, but his ministry extends to individuals and groups throughout the United States and several foreign countries via MP3 and DVD recordings of his teachings along with his study publications. Rick and his wife, Pam, reside in the Pittsburgh area.
